Gaming technology provider Zitro has secured the EXPOJOC Innovation Award for the second consecutive year, cementing its position as a leading innovator in the Spanish gaming sector.
The Premio EXPOJOC a la Innovación recognises companies demonstrating exceptional innovation capabilities and their ability to introduce new products for casinos, bingo halls, gaming parlours, and bars across Spain. Albert Zorrilla, director general of Zitro España, collected the award on behalf of the company.
Speaking after receiving the recognition, Zorrilla emphasised the company's ongoing commitment to innovation:
Zitro's innovation focus is underpinned by substantial investment in research and development. The company operates two dedicated technology campuses spanning over 20,000 square metres combined – one in Barcelona and another in Bangalore – exclusively focused on game creation and development.
This infrastructure investment has enabled Zitro to develop proprietary technology, expand its product portfolio, and strengthen its international market presence through internally developed solutions.
