EveryMatrix Secures Alberta Gaming Licence for Canada Push

EveryMatrix has secured conditional licensing approval from the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC) to provide its iGaming technology in Canada's upcoming regulated market.

The approval positions EveryMatrix to supply its casino and sports platform technologies to licensed operators when Alberta becomes Canada's second regulated iGaming territory following Ontario. The province's regulated iGaming market is expected to launch in July.

Platform and Content Offerings

At market launch, EveryMatrix will offer premium titles from its in-house studio, Fantasma Games, alongside aggregated content with expansion opportunities planned for its portfolio.

The company has already secured commercial agreements in Alberta to deliver both platform services and proprietary gaming content to operators preparing for the market opening.

North American Expansion Strategy

This approval strengthens EveryMatrix's North American presence, where it maintains licences across multiple jurisdictions. The company has operated in Ontario since 2022 and holds regulatory approvals in New Jersey, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.

Alberta presents significant market potential with a population of approximately five million, high digital adoption rates, and strong GDP per capita metrics across North America.

"Entering Alberta marks an exciting step for the Group as we expand further into one of North America's most attractive regulated markets. This approval shows the strength of our compliance team and our readiness to meet regulatory requirements in any market."

Strategic Market Positioning

The Alberta approval represents another milestone in EveryMatrix's systematic expansion across regulated North American markets. With commercial partnerships already established ahead of launch, the company appears positioned to capitalize immediately when the market opens.

The conditional licensing demonstrates EveryMatrix's ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks as provinces continue developing their iGaming oversight mechanisms.
