SOFTSWISS Launches No-Code CRM Tool to Cut Technical Overhead

SOFTSWISS has launched Motion, a no-code workflow automation tool integrated into its Casino Platform, targeting the operational bottlenecks that slow CRM execution across casino operations. The feature enables retention teams to independently manage bonus campaigns, player segmentation, and tagging without requiring technical intervention.

Eliminating Technical Dependencies in CRM Operations

Casino operators consistently face delays when implementing CRM strategies due to technical resource requirements. Standard processes like bonus distribution, player segmentation, or tagging typically demand configuration file adjustments, Technical Account Manager involvement, or repetitive manual back-office tasks. This dependency creates operational friction, extending campaign launch timelines and limiting team autonomy in player engagement initiatives.

Motion addresses these constraints by providing CRM teams direct control over player lifecycle management through an intuitive visual interface.

Three-Component Workflow Architecture

The Motion system operates through a straightforward three-element structure: triggers, conditions, and actions. Operators build workflows by connecting these components through the platform's visual interface.

Triggers initiate automated processes and include events such as player registration, deposit transactions, or scheduled activities. Conditions determine targeting parameters, filtering players based on deposit amounts, assigned segments, geographical location, or device type. Actions execute the automated outcomes, encompassing bonus issuance, tag assignment, group transfers, or notification delivery.

Once configured, these workflows execute automatically in real-time without manual oversight.

No-Code Market Context

The global no-code development platform market is projected to reach $65 billion by 2027, with workflow automation representing 35% of use cases. In iGaming specifically, operators report 40-60% reduction in IT dependency when implementing visual workflow tools, with CRM automation being the most adopted application after player onboarding processes.

Implementation and Current Adoption

Motion requires no additional platform integrations and can be activated within one business day for operators currently live on the SOFTSWISS Casino Platform. The tool is already operational across more than 130 casino projects, with operators using it to automate bonus mechanics, player tagging systems, and segmentation workflows for both retention and reactivation campaigns.

"Motion addresses a common operational constraint for operators – the dependency on technical resources for everyday CRM execution. By enabling teams to define and run player logic directly within the platform, it removes delays and manual steps."

— Suren Vardanyan, Head of Sales at SOFTSWISS Casino Platform

Early implementation results indicate faster campaign execution and reduced back-office support requirements, with teams planning to extend automation across additional player lifecycle scenarios.

Operational Autonomy in Focus

Motion represents a shift toward business team independence in casino operations. By removing technical mediation from routine CRM tasks, the tool enables retention teams to concentrate on strategic player engagement rather than process management. This autonomy could prove particularly valuable for operators managing multiple markets or running complex segmentation strategies where campaign agility directly impacts player lifetime value.

The broader trend toward no-code solutions in iGaming operations suggests operators are prioritising speed and flexibility over technical complexity in their CRM infrastructure decisions.

According to SOFTSWISS.
