Pragmatic Play, a leading content supplier to the iGaming industry, has strengthened its arcade portfolio with the debut of Mines+, a fast-paced experience where players avoid mines to unlock prizes.
The new title operates on a 5×5 grid where players click squares hoping to reveal hidden diamonds that increase the total win multiplier. Players can cash out at any point in the game, which concludes when either a mine is struck or all diamonds are revealed.
Mines+ offers extensive customization options, allowing players to adjust payout potential by selecting between 1-24 mines on the grid before placing bets. The game accommodates different play styles through manual grid selection, a 'Random' option for chance-based play, or custom path settings in autoplay mode.
The release follows the success of Plinko+, another hit title in Pragmatic Play's expanding arcade collection.
"Mines+ is an exciting addition to our growing range of arcade games, offering fun and simple mechanics with adjustable volatility and quickfire gameplay."
— Irina Cornides, Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatic Play
Pragmatic Play currently develops up to eight new slot titles each month while providing Live Casino, Bingo and Virtual Sports games as part of its multi-product portfolio, accessible via a single API.
The Mines+ launch signals Pragmatic Play's continued commitment to diversifying beyond traditional slots. By offering adjustable volatility through mine placement customization, the provider addresses operator demands for flexible arcade content that can appeal to different risk preferences while maintaining the instant-play appeal essential for retention metrics.
According to Pragmatic Play, the company continues to expand its arcade offerings.
